Our mobile service visits you on-site to repair your machine. After all, repairing machines was TVH's initial activity. That is why we have already acquired more than 50 years of experience since then.
Thanks to these many years of experience and the gathered know-how, you are guaranteed to receive an excellent breakdown service. Every day, more than 80 mobile engineers are on the road throughout Belgium to help you. By means of regular trainings, they also remain informed of the latest technologies.
Faster service and better feedback
We use intelligent software to process the planning. This way we can immediately tell you what time the engineer will come round.
Thanks to this software the planner always knows, in real time, where an engineer is situated. This doesn't just mean a more efficient functioning for us, but especially a faster service and better feedback for you.
QUICKER DIAGNOSIS AND REPAIR
Via the software in their service van, our mobile engineers have access to:
- the full maintenance history of all machines, resulting in a quicker diagnosis and repair
- a forum with all service information, error codes and parameters
- an online platform to consult the availability of parts and order parts if necessary

The more info you pass on to us, the quicker we can process your request. That is why we recommend to input your request via
our Service request document. This will allow us to send along the correct parts with the engineer, so that your machine will be fully repaired after just 1 intervention.
