WHY IS THERE SOMETIMES A DIFFERENCE OF A COUPLE OF DAYS BETWEEN THE PICKUP OF MY MACHINE AND THE DELIVERY TO THE TVH WORKSHOP?

Our lorries are specially equipped to transport your machine safely and with the necessary care for the environment. That is why we often group similar machines in one of our secured transit warehouses. Next, we transport them to our workshop with the necessary care.

WHY DOES IT SOMETIMES TAKE LONGER THAN EXPECTED BEFORE I RECEIVE A PRICE ESTIMATE?

We subject each machine to a thorough technical and visual inspection in advance. This way, we can draw up the price estimate with the necessary attention, so that you are presented with a correct price. Parts that are not in stock must be requested from our suppliers. Occasionally, this may take a couple of days or weeks, causing a delay in the creation of the price estimate.

WHO CARRIES OUT THE REPAIRS?

Our engineers receive continuous training in order to remain up-to-date of the latest techniques and technologies. Our workshops e.g. are divided into different working groups, each with their own expertise and knowledge. As a result, we can guarantee that the work to be carried out on your machine is always performed in a professional manner.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE WORKS ARE COMPLETED?

After we have repaired or modified your machine according to your desires and needs, we contact you. We make agreements about the delivery of your machine and - if necessary - about the collection of your rental machine. If you wish to pick up the machine yourself, then we can also arrange that.
